Co-Founders & Salon Coaches, Baddhare Alliance

Rhysa Anderson
Rhysa Anderson is the co-owner of Baddhare Salon and co-founder of Baddhare Alliance — where bold creativity meets unapologetically smart business strategy. While she built her career behind the chair as a color specialist, her true obsession lies in the numbers behind the business. Rhysa is operations- and systems-driven, marketing-minded, and fully fluent in the language of reports, retention, and revenue. She believes marketing isn’t about being the loudest — it’s about being the smartest. Tracking source, increasing lifetime value and dialing in retention. That’s her love language.

After navigating the bumps, bruises, and “what the hell am I doing?” moments of new salon ownership herself, Rhysa became passionate about shortening the learning curve for others. Today, she supports salon owners across the country in building profitable, sustainable businesses — helping them grow Baddass salons with clarity instead of chaos, one report at a time.
Abbie Brown
Abbie Brown is a master stylist, business strategist, and co-owner of Baddhare Salon — a sustainability-driven salon known for blending artistry with intentional business practices. Behind the chair, Abbie specializes in curly hair and clean, conscious color services that support both hair health and long-term results.

Beyond the salon floor, she is the financial strategist behind Baddhare’s growth and the co-founder of Baddhare Alliance, where she partners with salon owners to simplify their numbers, align their marketing with real profitability, and build businesses that are both impactful and sustainable.

Known for bridging the gap between creativity and financial clarity, Abbie empowers beauty professionals to make smarter business decisions without losing their artistic voice.

Her work sits at the intersection of the beauty industry, intentional marketing, and financial sustainability — helping salons grow with purpose, not just pressure.

Salon Owners, 27 the Salon

Chet and Amber started 27 the salon in 2015 in hopes of creating a salon space of exceptional education and impeccable hair. There was one more component that they insisted on, supporting the stylist. It was in the DNA of 27 the salon right from the start to make a positive space to help stylists reach their goals and full potential in a thriving culture that benefits the team and the guest. Today with so many amazing stylists working together to provide artistry and craft our salon has grown to new heights and we are always focused on the future, together.
