Once you sign up, the first step is completing our comprehensive client questionnaire. This information helps us get to know you – and your business – inside and out. This information is the basis for your entire branding package.

After you’ve completed your questionnaire, you’ll choose a time to talk with your graphic designer. In a half hour call, your designer will discuss the information you provided and answer any questions you have about the process. This is your chance to provide additional feedback about your likes, dislikes, and preferences.

Your designer will start by designing a primary logo for your brand identity. Within a week or two, you’ll be presented with 3 options for a logo. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback at this stage.

Logo wasn’t quite right? Want to see it in a different font or color combination? We provide up to 3 primary logo revisions at no additional charge. We take our time getting this step right since it informs the rest of your package. Once we get your final approval, your designer will get to work building out the rest of your brand assets.

You’ve got mail! Your designer will send you a .zip file containing all of your brand file assets, including a 9 page Brand Style Guide. Think of it as your brand bible.
One time payment with package delivered in approximately 4 weeks, not including additional time for revisions.
