All You Need to Know For Premiere Orlando 2021: Your Beauty Trade Show Itinerary

premiere orlando 2021

If you’re interested in learning all that there is to know about the beauty industry, then attending Premiere Orlando should be on your immediate to-do list. Referred to as the largest beauty show in the US, Premiere is the place to be for learning new trends/techniques, networking with professionals, and connecting with manufacturers and distributors. Whether you’re coming for hair, nails, or skincare, there’s a bit of everything for everyone in the industry.

Who is going?

Calling all salon owners, hair stylists/barbers, nail technicians, estheticians, brand ambassadors and influencers, industry experts, and more. While this incredible event lets nearly all beauty-lovers have a piece of the action, it isn’t open to the general public. To attend, you must either be a licensed beauty professional or register to become an exhibitor.

Salon.Marketing’s exhibitor booth this year? Barbie-themed. (And of course, all of the digital marketing education tools that all beauty professionals should check out). Don’t miss it!

What should I bring?

Show passes: First things first, don’t forget your way in. Bring your show passes!

“Salon Flare” outfits: With Premiere being a two-day event, make sure you bring at least two days worth of looks. See “What should I wear?” section below for more details.

Mask: Masks are required within the convention.

Premiere Orlando’s Covid-19 official statement: “For the health and safety of all our attendees and exhibitors, Premiere Orlando will require the use of masks. All attendees, educators and exhibitors will be required to wear a mask as we continue to monitor policy changes from CDC, state and our local government”.

Branded items: Regardless of what you’re representing, don’t forget to share your brand! Bringing along items that showcase your brand is one of the many highlights of networking at Premiere Orlando. Cards, brochures, t-shirts, and stickers are all fun things to bring along. Whether you’re representing a salon, spa, or brand/manufacturer…bring along something that let’s everyone else know why you’re attending.

Educational materials: If there’s one thing you’ll do at Premiere Orlando, it’s learn something new. Consider packing a notebook or folder of some kind. This is the best way to keep track of any notes taken from booths or educational classes that you attend. Keep in mind that there are 650+ classes to choose from, which means that there’s endless opportunity to jot down useful industry information.

Salon.Marketing’s teaching a “Digital Marketing 101” course from 11:30-12:30 on Sun., 10/18! Be there to learn the basics of digital marketing for your salon or spa!

Premiere’s full class schedule can be found here

Styling tools: Do your styling scissors need sharpening? Premiere’s got you covered. Bring along your best tools, because there will be opportunities for knocking this tedious task from your to-do list while you’re enjoying the convention.

Business cards: As mentioned before, Premiere is the perfect place to network with other beauty specialists. What better way to traditionally network than sharing your information on a business card?

Spending money: If you’re reading this, you’re in the beauty industry. If you’re in the beauty industry, you love to spend money as much as the rest of us. At Premiere, there are not just educational and networking opportunities, but endless exhibitor booths to buy the best beauty products and tools. Don’t leave behind your wallet.

Suitcase: On top of having the proper place to pack all of the above belongings, make sure you have a suitcase that has enough space to bring back anything purchased while during the convention! (products, tools, exhibitor information, etc).

What Should I Wear?

Premiere is all about the beauty industry, and the beauty industry is all about expressing your unique style. With that being said, dress to impress! Dress in your best “salon flare.” Who and what are you trying to represent?

For us, we’ll be showing out in our Salon.Marketing brand colors (pale pinks, deep blues, black and white) and styling our graphic tees and denim jackets with branded logos and patches!

Side note: The convention center tends to be chilly, so consider packing a stylish layer just in case.
